SOIL TO BLOOM
A 6-Week Online
Prenatal Circle
22 June - 27 July
What is Soil to Bloom?
You’re not just growing a baby—you’re becoming a mother.
Soil to Bloom is a 6-week online prenatal circle for women who don’t want to move through pregnancy feeling alone.
A space to slow down, feel supported, and connect—with yourself, your baby, and other women walking this path. Through gentle prenatal yoga, simple herbal support, meaningful rituals, and space to reflect, you’ll be held as you prepare for motherhood—emotionally, physically, and deeply.
Born from the need of real support and community
Soil to Bloom began during my own pregnancy. I remember feeling overwhelmed by all the information… and at the same time, deeply alone. Far from my “village,” I found myself longing for something more real—support, connection, and a space to simply be in it all. So I turned to what I knew would hold me.
Nature. Herbalism. Gentle movement. And the women around me.
Through herbalism, I learned—again—how to care for my body. To ease discomfort, to nourish myself, and to support my recovery beyond birth. And slowly, something clicked. Just like in nature, we need to tend to our soil before we can bloom. Pregnancy is no different.
Soil to Bloom was born from that place, a space for you to be held, supported, and deeply nurtured as you step into motherhood 🌸

Host & Founder of
Soil to Bloom, Jennifer Drouin, about the programme
“I wish this programme had existed when I was pregnant. Those nine months felt beautiful at times, but also overwhelming and isolating. I was becoming someone new—becoming a mother—while trying to make sense of so much information, advice, and noise. What I really needed was simplicity. Slowness. A village. Other women who just get it.
That’s why I created Soil to Bloom—the space I was longing for myself. A place where everything I needed could come together: support, connection, gentle practices, and time to truly be in the experience of becoming a mother.
Pregnancy deserves more than just information. It deserves care.
Not only for the baby you’re growing—but for you, as you’re becoming someone new.
My hope is that this space helps you feel more held, more supported, and more able to truly bloom into motherhood.”
