Born from the need of support and community

The seed for Soil to Bloom was planted during my own pregnancy. Overwhelmed by the flood of information and feeling far from my “village,” I longed for real support and connection. I turned to what nourished me most: nature, herbalism, yoga, and the women around me. Through herbalism, I learned how to care for my body—easing discomforts during pregnancy and supporting recovery long after birth. I realised that, just like nature, we need to tend to our soil before we can bloom—and the same goes for pregnancy. From this mix of curiosity, need, and longing, Soil to Bloom grew: a space to hold, support, and celebrate mothers as they journey toward birth.

What is Soil to Bloom?

Soil to Bloom is a 6-week, nature-inspired prenatal circle that supports you through pregnancy. Think yoga, learning all about Herbalism, pracitising rituals, space for reflection, and a real community of mamas. Each week follows the natural growth cycle, helping you tend your inner soil so you can fully bloom into motherhood.

The 6-Week Journey

  • A young plant with a root system spreading out in the soil.

    WEEK 1 | THE SOIL

    Root & Ground | 16 February 7-9 PM CET
We kick-off the programme by preparing your foundation. Before anything can bloom, we first need to tend to the soil.

  • Seeds being planted in soil, with some seeds on a piece of paper and some on the ground.

    WEEK 2 | THE SEED

Planting with Purpose | 23 February 7-9 PM CET
After having prepared our foundation, we plant the seed and set intentions for the pregnancy and journey towards motherhood. Literally and figuratively.

  • A small green seedling with two leaves emerging from dark soil.

    WEEK 3 | THE SPROUT

Rising with Compassion | 2 March 7-9 PM CET
Pregnancy comes with change. Together we embrace the unknown and make space for the in-between.

  • Close-up of a green plant stem with large green leaves against a light blue background.

    WEEK 4 | THE STEM

Standing Strong | 9 March 7-9 PM CET
Let’s tap into your power and strength through movement and rituals and also learn how to ask for help. This week is all about your inner and your outer support system.

  • A close-up of a pink and green lotus flower bud with a large green leaf in the background.

    WEEK 5 | THE BUD

Trusting the Unfolding | 16 March 7-9 PM CET
Before you can fully bloom, we make space for releasing fears and worries so you can fully trust the process and let go.

  • Close-up of a pink water lily flower floating on dark water.

    WEEK 6 | THE BLOOM

Coming into Full Bloom | 23 March 7-9 PM CET
In this final week we come together and close the circle by celebrating each other’s journey. You will leave the circle empowered and held. In full bloom.

Host & Founder of
Soil to Bloom, Jennifer Drouin, about the programme

“I wish this programme had existed when I was pregnant. Honestly, it’s exactly what I would have needed during those nine months of growing a baby and becoming a new version of myself, a mother. Pregnancy and the journey into motherhood shouldn’t feel like a lonely, exhausting road. They should feel like a time of connection, nourishment, and support.

I remember feeling completely overwhelmed by all the (often conflicting) advice out there. I missed having a village, other women who just get it, who are walking the same path. That’s why I created this space: a place where everything I wish I had comes together, a space to feel held, supported, and to truly bloom.

Pregnancy deserves love and attention—not just for the baby, but for you, the woman becoming a mother. This program brings together the tools, practices, and guidance that helped me navigate this transition and embrace it fully. I want you to feel empowered, nurtured, and celebrated every step of the way.”
